ArchQuote provides an online platform that connects clients with architects for project quotation services. The Service allows clients to submit project details and receive professional quotes from licensed architects.

3. User Responsibilities

Clients

Architects

4. Quote Requests and Acceptance

Quote requests submitted through the Service are non-binding inquiries. Quotes provided by architects are proposals and do not constitute a contract until formally accepted by both parties through appropriate legal documentation outside of this platform.

5. Fees and Payment

Requesting a quote through ArchQuote is free of charge. Payment terms for architectural services are negotiated directly between the client and architect and outlined in the individual quotes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials provided through quotes remain the intellectual property of the architect until full payment is received and ownership is transferred per the service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

ArchQuote serves as a platform to facilitate connections between clients and architects. We are not responsible for the quality of architectural services, project outcomes, or disputes between clients and architects. All professional services are provided directly by the architect.

8. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using ArchQuote, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Australian Arbitration Association.
